CMD of an MNC, having interest in highways, mining, oil etc, during a visit to an antique shop, developed liking for a peculiar shaped bottle and purchased it. When he opened the bottle, a Jinn came out of the bottle. He said ” My Lord! I am your humble servant. I am duty bound to carry out your orders smartly and efficiently. My only condition is that I can not remain idle. You have to allot me work as long as I am out of the bottle.”
The CMD realized immediately that it was not an ordinary piece of bottle but the historic Alladin's Chirag. He was immensely happy over his prized possession. He zealously guarded it. He would allot difficult tasks to him, and he would carry out them most faithfully. His company started making rapid progress with the help being extended by the Jinn.
Where ever he traveled, he would carry Alladin's Chirag with him. Emboldened by the progress of the company, an office was opened in India. The company started flourishing here also. However, one of the projects was held up for environmental clearance. In spite of best and vigorous efforts, the clearance was not being granted. The CMD, as usual, alloted the work to the Jinn. The Jinn promised to report compliance soon. Unfortunately, the Jinn is yet to return. The CMD is having sleepless nights. Can anyone help?
